Our expert psychiatric services are available online during evening hours (6:00 PM–12:00 AM) through our secure platform, Doxy.Me.

Our telehealth services comply with Florida law (Florida Statutes § 456.47) and are provided by licensed providers. Patients must be physically located in Florida at the time of service. If you're outside of Florida, please notify us prior to your session so we can assess the legality of providing emergency psychiatry care based on your location. For urgent care needs while outside Florida, please reach out to your local provider, call 911, or visit an emergency room.

Michelie Levrier, MBA, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Florida. Her passion for science and commitment to helping others began in childhood while growing up in New York. She brings a strong and diverse background in psychiatry, including several years of experience in medical hospitals, years in a psychiatric hospital, and additional years providing emergency psychiatry care in a psychiatric urgent care setting. 

Recently, Michelie has focused her practice on serving rural communities, aiming to improve access to quality healthcare, including after hours psychiatry services. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), which supports her leadership in advancing mental health services and initiatives. Actively involved in community outreach, Michelie is dedicated to promoting mental wellness and expanding services for the uninsured through education and volunteerism. 

Throughout her career, Michelie has remained deeply committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. She envisions a world where individuals experiencing mental health challenges—and their families—feel empowered, understood, and free from shame or guilt when seeking after hours emergency care.
